Put Roster Online

A FEW QUICK FACTS ABOUT SOUTH TEXAS USSSA ROSTERS:

Your roster MUST be online before you will receive any USSSA Points.

All South Texas USSSA teams must have their rosters online by February 1, 2010.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Beginning Feb. 1, 2010, any team whose roster is not online

will automatically be the visitors for all South Texas USSSA games.

Rosters are not “locked” once you put them online. You may continue to add (eligible) players as much as you please until the STX Lock Date of June 1, 2010. The only exception to this rule is if you happen to win first place in an N.I.T. before then.

ENTERING YOUR ROSTER ONLINE:

 1)  You will need your new 2010 Login ID and Password to access you team manager menu. These should have been e-mailed to you. If you do not have them, please send an e-mail to Stacy@usssa.com with your 11-digit Registration Number, your first and last name, state you are from (Texas-South) and the sport your team plays (Slowpitch).

 2)  Your team must have a Registration Number in order to manage your roster. If you do not know yours, send an e-mail to info@LoneStarSoftball.com or call the State Office at (979) 774-9408.

 3)  Now you are ready to begin. Go to www.usssa.com and click on the “Slowpitch” button. At the top of the page that is going to pop up, you will see a link that says “Log In/Log Out.” Click on “Log In”, then enter your Login ID and Password.

 4)  You will see your team listed in the middle of the page. If it is not already highlighted, click on it to highlight the name.

 6)  This will bring you to the page where you enter your roster. In the Add Player box, type in the player’s first name, last name, and date of birth. (Make sure you enter the player’s birthdate in this format: -4/25/1974) Then click “Add Player.” NOTE: If player’s name has an apostrophe in it, leave it out. Do not use nicknames or add quotes to names.

 7)   On the next page you will be required to select the player’s home state (which is Texas-South).

 8)   Click “Save Player.”

 9)   Click on “View Team” to enter your next player. Continue this process until the entire roster is online.

10)   When you have finished, you have the option for your printable roster on your team manager menu.
